Memphis Card Company buys, sells, and trades sports cards, trading cards, graded cards, raw cards, sealed products, and related collectibles. Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, its photographs are intended to show the actual card or item offered for sale.
We work to describe items accurately. Raw-card condition is subjective, and a purchase does not guarantee a future grade, value, authentication decision, or resale result unless that promise is expressly written in the listing.
Orders and Availability
Prices and availability can change before an order is accepted. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, important listing information is incorrect, or the order cannot be completed. Any collected payment for a canceled order will be returned through the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order, shipping address, and payment details before checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are shown during checkout when available.
Pre-Grading Review
The pre-grading review is an opinion-based visual review offered for $5 per card unless a different price is clearly stated. It is intended to help customers make a more informed submission decision. It does not guarantee a grade, value, authenticity determination, grading-company acceptance, turnaround time, or financial result.
PSA Submission Support
Submission support can include organization, preparation assistance, and communication about a third-party grading submission. Grading companies, shipping carriers, and other service providers control their own fees, timelines, requirements, and results.
Shipping, Returns, and Local Transactions
The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds page are part of these terms. Local pickup, collection purchases, trades, and in-person exchanges must be specifically arranged and confirmed.
Website Content
The Memphis Card Company name, logos, original graphics, photographs, and written content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners.
