These terms apply when you visit MemphisCardCompany.com, purchase a product, submit a card or collection inquiry, or otherwise interact with Memphis Card Company.

Products and listings

Memphis Card Company sells sports cards, trading cards, graded cards, raw cards, sealed products, merchandise, and related collectibles. Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, product photographs are intended to show the actual card or item offered for sale.

Descriptions are prepared in good faith. Raw-card condition is subjective. A purchase does not guarantee a future grade, authentication decision, market value, or resale result.

Orders and availability

Prices and availability can change before an order is accepted. Memphis Card Company may cancel an order when an item is unavailable, important listing information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or the order cannot reasonably be completed. Any collected payment for a canceled order will be returned through the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the item, quantity, shipping address, and payment details before checkout.

Selling and trading inquiries

Submitting photographs or collection information does not create a binding purchase or trade agreement. Any initial estimate may change after physical inspection, authenticity review, condition review, or verification of the inventory. A transaction exists only after both sides confirm the final terms.

Shipping, returns, and local transactions

The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds page are part of these terms. Local pickup, collection purchases, trades, and in-person exchanges must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

Website content

The Memphis Card Company name, logos, original graphics, photographs, and written content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners.
