Shipping Policy

Memphis Card Company ships orders with tracking to the shipping address provided at checkout. Available shipping destinations, services, and rates are shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for confirming that their address is complete and accurate before placing an order.

Protective Packaging

Raw cards are sleeved, placed in a top loader or card saver as appropriate, secured in a team bag, and reinforced for shipment. Graded cards are team-bagged and protected with bubble cushioning in a padded mailer or box. Sealed products and larger orders are packed according to their size, weight, and value.

Higher-Value Orders

Insurance, additional protective packaging, or signature confirmation may be added to higher-value shipments when appropriate.

Delivery and Carrier Issues

Tracking information is provided when an order ships. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, service disruptions, holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If a package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact memphiscardcompany@gmail.com promptly with the order number and photographs when applicable so we can review the shipment and any available carrier claim options.

Local Pickup

Local pickup or an in-person exchange in the Memphis area may be arranged in advance when offered for a specific order. Do not travel to a pickup location until the time and location have been confirmed directly by Memphis Card Company.
