Because sports cards and collectibles are condition-sensitive and market values can change, all sales are generally final. Please review every photograph, description, condition note, and product detail before purchasing.
Eligible Order Problems
If Memphis Card Company sends the wrong item or a listing contains a material error, contact memphiscardcompany@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Approved resolutions may include a replacement, return, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate to the verified issue.
Card Condition and Grading
Raw-card condition is subjective. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, no specific grade, grading outcome, future value, or third-party authentication result is guaranteed. Minor manufacturing characteristics, print variation, centering, surface condition, edges, and corners should be evaluated using the listing photographs and description.
Return Condition
Any approved return must remain in the condition received and include the original protective packaging. Sealed products must remain unopened and untampered with unless the verified problem could not reasonably be identified without opening the package. Do not send an item back until return instructions have been provided.
Shipping Charges and Refund Timing
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the problem resulted from our error. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed, when a return is required. Financial institutions may take additional time to post a refund.
Transit Damage
For damage that appears to have occurred during shipping, retain the item, packaging, label, and all packing materials. Contact us promptly so the shipment and any carrier claim options can be reviewed.
