ManeFlow is operated by Memphis Card Company. This policy explains how ManeFlow handles information when you use the mobile app and related services.
Information stored only on your device
ManeFlow may store your collector profile, saved card scans, Vault organization fields, private notes, drafts, request reference codes and access tokens, notification preference, and a random device identifier on your device. This local information is not uploaded merely because you save it. You can erase it from Account → Privacy & control → Erase all ManeFlow data on this device.
Information you choose to submit
When you choose to scan a card, request a collection review, request pre-grading help, contact support, enable request notifications, or send feedback, ManeFlow may transmit information such as your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, general location, request details, card or collection photos, card-identification notes, request references, push notification token, app version, platform, feedback, and a basic device description.
How information is used
We use submitted information to provide the requested service; identify cards from visible image evidence; respond to collection, grading, buying, trading, or support requests; provide private status and operational notifications; improve reliability and usability; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. ManeFlow results are drafts and are not guarantees of authenticity, condition, grade, or value.
Service providers
Submitted information may be processed by service providers acting for Memphis Card Company, including hosting and infrastructure providers, Airtable for operational records, OpenAI for card-image and message processing when enabled, and Expo for app build, update, and push-notification infrastructure. Payment information is handled by the payment provider used on the Memphis Card Company website and is not stored by ManeFlow. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Photos and retention
Uploaded photos are accessible through time-limited signed links and are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Operational records may be retained while a request is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
Security
ManeFlow requires HTTPS for production network traffic, uses device-protected storage for request tokens and profile preferences, limits upload types and sizes, rate-limits public endpoints, and does not place server credentials in the app. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion
You may decline optional fields, avoid uploading photos, disable notifications, erase local app data, or request deletion of submitted information through the ManeFlow Data Deletion page. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or resolving disputes.
Children
ManeFlow is intended for general collectors and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information without authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
